A grounded, real story of how a lifetime of administrative clarity shaped Forest City Virtual Support
Across every role I’ve held, one thing has always followed me:
My path hasn’t been linear. It’s been real, shaped by work, life, caregiving, and the steady responsibility of being the person people turn to when things feel overwhelming.
I began in office administration in the early ’90s, learning the foundations of accuracy, organization, and clear communication. From there, I moved through warehouse operations, call centers, and seven years supporting a major logistics client at JD Smith, where I saw firsthand how much smoother everything runs when the behind‑the‑scenes work is structured and consistent.
Life shifted, and I spent several years as a homemaker before stepping into caregiving — a role that demanded scheduling, documentation, patience, and the ability to manage complex needs day after day. From 2010 to 2021, that work deepened my sense of responsibility and reinforced how much structure matters when people rely on you.
Since 2018, I’ve also worked at Arby’s, staying steady through the fast‑paced chaos of food service and the challenges of the pandemic. I handled customer resistance to safety protocols, kept the dining room safe and clean, and adapted to constantly changing procedures. Staying calm wasn’t optional — it was essential.
Across every chapter, one thing has remained true:
I’m at my best when I’m creating clarity out of complexity.
I created Forest City Virtual Support to build a business around the strengths I’ve carried through every chapter of my life — clarity, structure, calm problem‑solving, and dependable follow‑through. I wanted to support people in a way that feels meaningful, grounded, and aligned with the life I want to live.
